Fire Safety Information

In the unlikely event of a fire, there are 2 meeting places, one
for dry weather and the other should it be wet.

DRY |
Out the front of the building
within the garden area between the car parks and the road |
| WET |
Walk up the path towards Tesco's. Turn right and
walk between Riverside Place and Tesco's towards town. At
the corner of Tesco's there is a sheltered area |

The Cambridge Fire service have requested that NO cars park
parallel to the building. There are Dry Risers along the front of
the building and they will need access to these. When having
visitors, and in the occasions that there are no available Visitor
parks, please ask your guests to park on the road. |

There are sensors in the building and alarm call points. Every
apartment has a smoke sensor in the entrance area of the Apartment
which is independent to the building fire system. |
