Riverside place consists of 78
apartments. Completed in September 2005, and was the first building
in the UK using a "Fusion System" of construction. The building has
been nominated for a Civic Award for its stunning design and
Architecture. The site was previously the Cambridge Gas works and is
situated next to the Cambridge Technology Museum.

PARKING
Each apartment has one park allocated per apartment. There are
VP Spaces for short term Visitors to your apartment. Ample
additional Parking can be found on the road.

RECYCLING
Riverside place has a very good recycling facility. This can
be found in Refuse Store 2 next to the garage entrance to the left
of the building.

The owners of apartments play an active role
in the running of the building. This ensures that Riverside Place
is a safe, comfortable, and well managed place to live. These same
owners have formed a board to ensure this is carried out properly. |
Cambridge Property Management Ltd is the
company who provide building services. Cambridge Riverside
Management Company Ltd, is the company which represents Riverside
Place. Each apartment owner has a share in this company, and it is
these share holders/owners who have formed a board. It is this board
which have appointed Cambridge Property Management Ltd.
